the bands are supposed to be blue & purple, but by the time i remember to take photos of them, they are already badly stained by curry. oops!

i was kinda worried about the slow progress of my teeth, so i decided to ask dr.cheong to clarify my doubts.

he told me he'll apply force to pull my teeth together 4 months later, and the gaps will most probably take 10 months to close up.

i can almost imagine how much pain and soreness i have to go through during the first few days of having force applied to the teeth, ouch :/

one of the bands came out on 9th july just after dinner. i almost swallowed it, thinking it was a small portion of veg or whatsoever. i decided to band it back and i spent a good 20minute doing so -.-
